The forum was held in conjunction with Diamond Jubilee Anniversary and the International Kongu Convention organised by Malaysia Namakkal Welfare Association in Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil yesterday. Themed as “Cultural Awareness (Panbaadu Kaappom)”, the event attracted a total of 15,000 Kongu communities from many countries including India, Sri Lanka, USA, Canada, Germany, South Africa and Singapore. The business forum organized by MATRADE was attended by over 400 participants who are prominent international industrialists and investors from the textile, manufacturing, tourism, agriculture and information technology sectors.
